Si segue il percorso 1 fino al Pantanaccio, si scende verso l\u2019abitato della frazione di Avenale fino alla strada imbrecciata principale, si arriva all\u2019Equiturist e al Cristo delle Marche. Si ritorna all\u2019Equiturist, si imbocca la\nstrada a sinistra verso l\u2019Internone e con leggere salite e discese si arriva alla fonte di San\nVenanzo, luogo in cui la natura silenziosa infonde pace ed equilibrio. Si risale al Foro mediante una strada con fondo sassoso ed a tratti sconnesso.&nbsp;<br>Description: a ring trail of medium difficulty. You have to follow route 1 to Pantanaccio,\ndescend towards the village of Avenale to the main paved road, arrive to the Equiturist and the\nCristo delle Marche. Then you have to go back to the Equiturist, take the road to the left\ntowards the Internone and, with slight climbs and descents, you can reach the San Venanzo\nspring, a place where the silent nature instils peace and balance.
